School Profile

McComb School District serves the educational needs of McComb, Mississippi. Located in southwest section of the state, the district enjoys a diversified economic base. Currently, the district consists of one high school, one junior high school, one middle school and two elementary schools utilizing a preschool-Kindergarten, 1-3, 4-6, 7-8. 9-12 grade-level configuration. The student body is culturally diverse with a population that is 0.70% Hispanic, 87% African American, 10% white and .8% Asian.

 

Approximately six hundred and sixty-five students are in grades 9–12 grades. McComb High School is accredited by AdvancED.
